Didsbury Driveways

Tim, the owner of Didsbury Driveways, came to We Are Life to help market & promote his business. Previously, word of mouth had been how the company largely got new work. We love word-of-mouth recommendations, but it’s always good to have something to substantiate kind words and so he started to look for a web design company who could translate his vision. He liked what he saw on our portfolio – especially the fact that we had done design for a lot of local businesses – and he liked what we said, so a meet up was arranged.

Tim wanted a website which reflected the high quality work his company carries out. He wanted a site which would showcase that the company could tackle big and small projects and which would convey the fact that they take enormous pride in what they do. He also wanted branding to reflect the fact that Didsbury Driveways is an established business, with a solid reputation for delivering results. So, we got to work, and this is what we came up with…

A logo with a bit of gravitas…

A homepage which revealed a finished design…

We used a natural palette of colours, which didn’t detract from the message – especially on the gallery page – and which fitted with the new branding.  We also introduced Didsbury Driveways to the world of Twitter and branded their social media page to fit in with the new website design.

So, within a matter of weeks Didsbury Driveways has gone from word-of-mouth, to word-of-mouth backed up by a showcase website.
